Prices appearing in this Price List are for brochures to be produced utilising client templates which have been set up for each format and represent the standard style of layout. Any variation or adjustment to these standard templates could incur additional charges. Printing
Published prices for each brochure are for print runs of 500, 750 or 1000 copies. Brochures will be printed on 400 gsm board for covers and 200 gsm paper for text. Requests for use of alternative stocks or print runs of differing numbers of copies will require a separate quotation. Proofs
A full colour digital proof of text with pictures in position or a PDF file electronically transmitted is included in the standard price. Clients must check these proofs thoroughly for content. Passing of proofs must be advised either via fax or e-mail before proceeding to print. Extra Scans/Rescans
Should extra scans be required to the number allowed for in each brochure format these will be charged at: £15.00 per scan Should additional proofs be required these will be charged at: £25.00 per proof Copy Preparation

Artwork other than text such as plans, line artwork, etc should preferably be supplied as digital files on disk or supplied via e-mail or ISDN. Good quality "camera ready" artwork is also acceptable. Author's Corrections
Any and all author's corrections will be charged for - it is essential that clean approved copy is received initially. Text Sections
Further text pages can be added at additional cost. A separate quotation will be given to suit your requirements. Acknowledgement
